Spinach-Stuffed Turkey Burgers with Blue Cheese « Back

1  pound ground turkey breast
1  10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2  cloves garlic, crushed
1/4  teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine turkey, spinach, garlic and pepper flakes. Form 4 patties. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until done (no pink), 4-5 minutes each side. Serve on whole-wheat buns with Blue Cheese Sauce and onion and tomato slices.

Blue Cheese Sauce:
Mix 2 tablespoons blue cheese with 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream.

Serves 4.
