Greek-Style Turkey Burgers « Back

1  pound ground turkey breast
1/3  cup chopped fresh mint
3  scallions including 3 inches green, finely minced
1/3  cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2  cloves garlic, crushed

Combine all. Form into 4 patties. Grill until no pink remains. Serve on whole-wheat buns with Yogurt Sauce.

Yogurt Sauce: Mix 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt with 1/2 cup of a mixture of: chopped mint, chopped tomato, and chopped peeled and seeded cucumber. Add salt to taste.

Serves 4.

Per patty: 171 calories, 3g total fat (1.8g saturated), 2g carbohydrate, 32g protein, 1g fiber, 209mg sodium.
